I recently bought a microphone for my iMac to record videos for my website and I didn't realize that the microphone needed its own power supply. After a bit of research I found this power supply and decided to give it a try and I'm glad I did. The Neewer 48V 1-channel phantom power is easy to connect to your microphone. I tested it and didn't get any feedback or other issues with any of them. One tip you may already know is that to get the microphone working you have to remember to go into your computer's settings and enable the microphone instead of using the computer's microphone, but that's it everything that belongs to. With this power supply I got an Excelvan BM-800 microphone and I really liked it (I have a review about it and you can see more tips in this review), Sabrent external USB stereo audio adapter ($6) and an adjustable suspension Neewer. arrow hand. That's all I need to get working with my iMac. I wasn't sure if I needed a sound card, but I did, so I'm glad I got the $6. If you have a Mac you may need one as you may also have an I/O line for sound and this external sound card will help you connect your microphone. Once connected, go to "Settings", "Sound", find "USB Sound Card" and click on it to make the microphone the default instead of the built-in microphone. this power supply. I was not paid for this review and I did not receive any items for free. That's all me and I hope I could help!
