The adhesive is strong!
I use kinesiology tape for my feet. Normally, tape only last a day or two before flong off. However, this tape has lasted up to 8 days. Regardless of being wet, this tape is not coming off. If you have it over hair, be prepared to be in pain when pulling it off, even after being on over a week.
- Be easier if it was pre-cut.
- The tape may cause irritation or discomfort for athletes with sensitive skin, which could affect their performance
