Review on CHESONA by Brian Fisher

As an internet retailer reviewer, I was hoping that CHESONA would have everything I needed to complete my computer setup. Unfortunately, my most recent experience with the business left me feeling dissatisfied. One of CHESONA's regular customers has complained about shipping delays and an inconsistency in the products they received. It is disappointing to discover that the customer's attempts to contact CHESONA's customer service were met with indifference, ineffectiveness, and even dismissal. It's unacceptable that CHESONA refused to pay for the customer's return shipment and own up to their error. Companies selling goods online must meet customers' expectations by providing them with items that match their descriptions and responding to their inquiries in a timely manner. Unfortunately, CHESONA has proven they are not capable of meeting this requirement. If you're on the fence about making a purchase from CHESONA, I urge you to rethink.
