We used them on a campfire and they held up for regular hot dogs and even buffing (they bent a bit but that was to be expected given the length of the stick and the weight of the sausage). We were even able to reuse some of the chopsticks, which helps reduce the number of chopsticks used, especially when a lot of people are assembling and frying multiple dishes. Overall we are very satisfied and feel this is the best quality for the price.
