I bought this case about two years ago and it did exactly what it was designed to do: protect my phone when dropped. However, the screen protector has a portion that covers the home button and shortly after I put the case on my phone, the plastic coating crumpled and I simply peeled off the built-in screen protector completely. I bought my own screen protector that fits the phone's screen exactly and it seems to fit me. Also, the rubber portion of the case traps dirt and grime between it and the hard shell that covers my phone. When I started noticing cracks in the hard case and decided to buy a new one, my phone was absolutely gross. Tip for the wise, don't forget to take your phone out of the case to clean it from time to time - you'll thank you!
