UPDATE: Upgraded from 5 star rating to 4. It has been less than 24 hours since install and the letters are not sticking. I did everything right and this is what happened. Would like a replacement to fix this. Was hesitant at first because of the price but you get great value! For people complaining that the sticker won't peel off without leaving letters, heat the sticker with a hair dryer before removing to apply. Then, if you can, use a blow dryer and credit card to smooth it down on the window. I haven't done any of this and it all worked great but it would help those who are having trouble.
