I've always heard how nice it is to play a PC game on a monitor designed specifically for that platform. but now. life will never be the same again! Rich colors, versatility for playback on Mac and Windows computers, monitor width to capture every detail - there is so much to like about this monitor that it would be easier to mark it than keep listening to me: - The Thickness of the monitor is less than 2.5cm but delivers a resolution that rivals my current 4k TV, my TV is only a year old! It was even faster on my Mac and PC, saving me more time launching the game. It takes time to tweak settings to your liking and make adjustments to suit your preferences, but that's normal with any monitor of this caliber. The 2560 x 1440 resolution brings each of my PC games to life, especially with details that have never been made visible to me on my monitors in the past. 170Hz makes the characters, environments, objects and items in my games so fluid they almost feel alive! No stutters and pauses in every frame, everything runs like clockwork even in the most dynamic scenes. The backlight that the monitor puts out was a complete surprise to me! Maybe it's a useless gimmick or something, but it only adds to the overall aesthetic of this great monitor and commands attention when seen. Does the monitor have built-in speakers?!?! Yes there is! I wasn't even aware of this feature until I accidentally clicked my music player on my Mac and then, lo and behold, the music came out of the monitor's built-in speakers. Imagine my brain exploded at that moment! Last but not least, the monitor is frameless, creating an infinity pool-like display that runs from one edge of the monitor to the other. The smoothness of everything is just stunning every time! If I sound overly excited or overzealous about this monitor, call me a geek getting upset over an inanimate object. Considering the price and the sheer amount of features, this monitor is for anyone who wants the full gaming experience that their consoles were made for!
