Sturdy and well-built.

I bought this bar to emulate the X3. I ordered Sunpow resistance bands and a set of carabiners to finish the system. I've used the bar 2-4 times a week with a variety of exercises. The bar shows absolutely no wear and tear after 2 or so months. I highly recommend this bar especially at it's price point.

Cons

Using resistance bands exclusively may not provide enough weight-bearing exercise to promote bone health
