I have purchased these pans for a variety of baking projects from cakes to cookies and they are great for both cooking and portability. Both the pots and lids are strong enough for disposables (certainly on par with the more expensive pots I've used in the past) and I'm very happy with their quality and durability. The frying pans arrived with a small dent in one corner, but the manufacturer obviously did everything they could to prevent this (it said "Do not send an envelope!", and there weren't any. But they're all aluminum anyway. .. ) and it was an easy decision to fold the edges. The damage was no worse, and the repair was easy and irreversible - precisely because of the strength of the pans. I am very happy with my purchase and would happily buy them in the future. Thanks for a great product!
