Review on Entree V4 by Jerry Forehand

I like that it is very easy to use with all of my employees being able to access this system from anywhere at any time! It would be great if you could customize some things so they can add their own notes as well but other than those two small issues we love how simple everything has been made in our restaurant. We have not had one issue since implementing EntreV 4 into our business. The only thing i dislike about entrev4 is having too many options when creating or editing something which makes finding what exactly needs done difficult sometimes. In addition, there are times where certain customers do not want anything customized because then they feel left out. This leads them to believe that maybe everyone else gets customizations while they don't. However, once again, these problems aren't big enough to make us look elsewhere. Customer service was also amazing and helped me through every step of setting up new.
