Fell apart: my feedback

I’m a 72 year old grandmother and the supporting rope fell apart when I sat in it a minute after I had taken my 2 year old grandchild out of it!I fell down 2 steps then the pole fell on my face.
We were VERY LUCKY neither one of use was injured.
