Does not fit 2004 4Runner Limited 4WD

I've been trying to fit this cover onto the end of the rack and pinion for a long time. Not sure what the trick is. The boot is stiff and doesn't stretch enough to fit. I finally gave in and ordered a roof rack from my local Toyota dealer. The Toyota version was significantly more expensive, but passed without problems. In my opinion the money saved on this boot is not worth the hassle.
