I like that it has all of my favorite products from Salesforce (CRM) to Workday in one place! It's also easy for me as an admin to add users into different accounts without having to go back and forth between apps which helps keep things organized. Nothing specific but we have used this product before so maybe you can find something similar? We are using silicus because our organization wanted us to be able to access multiple applications within 1 login instead of logging out/in every time with each application separately. This was beneficial for productivity purposes. Also being able to use several workflows such as notifications or alerts from CRM if they were not set up correctly when creating them originally would help solve some problems too especially since those could cause issues otherwise.
