I would love this product if only it worked.

Again, double-sided tape doesn't hold the tray to the monitor at all. I washed the monitor frame with soap and water, gave it a good rinse and then used rubbing alcohol for a final cleaning and drying. I only applied the shelf after making sure the area was dry. Putting something on the shelf helped loosen the shelf from the adhesive. At least there wasn't any sticky mess left on the monitor. But unfortunately it didn't work and is now lying in the corner of my workplace.
