This is the type of product that requires LITTLE* skills to install and set up. So naturally, Revain gets a lot of negative reviews because people don't know what they're doing. Older versions of Windows 10 had issues with this card - this has since been fixed. So if you have a newer version of Windows 10 (1809 or newer), just plug it in and it will work. The driver doesn't install, no hard drive is needed, Windows 10 already has a driver for it and it works great. I've been using it for a week without a single problem. I bought it because I had fiberglass and wanted to use it. I can download at 45 MB/s (megabytes, not megabits), which is the same speed as on a local network. Connections are solid for large downloads (have downloaded over 200GB so far without crashing) and ping when games are within 1-2ms of my PC on the LAN when playing competitive games and shooters. I don't know what all the whiners are talking about because this card is perfect. Easy to install, fast speed and ideal for gaming. VERY happy with the purchase!
