This is a very good quality device but for me it makes up for it in the fact that the earbud is so uncomfortable. I've tried two of the three sizes that work for me and both start to hurt in less than 30 minutes. It's also quite heavy (or the headphones are too stiff to fit in the ear) so you can't wear it without on-ear headphones. At first I thought it was the cause of the pain but I don't think so as it's totally stretchy. I've had a Plantronics MLT80 for years with varying specs, but I liked it. Even though my dog ate it. I really wish I had saved my money and gone with Plantronics. Update: Still the same issues with the speaker, and regardless of the options, it doesn't stay in my ear when I move - it's a pain in the ass. ! I think I don't have compatible ears. What I also found is a retractable microphone that also toggles the device on and off. It's VERY easy to accidentally hang up, especially when you're trying to put the phone in your ear!
