THE KEY WILL NOT BE REPLACED ATTENTION! We love the seat, but if, like me, you lose your key, both Yepp and Thule will become completely unresponsive after numerous calls and emails over several months. You just can't get a spare key (although Yepp Online says you can in their FAQ). The key allows you to remove the seat from the mount - my wife and I have mounts and we take turns with the seat so we cannot remove the seat without the keys. I'm really surprised that Yepp and Thule didn't have customer support for this product.
