Actionable has been great about communicating any issues or things we need corrected as they arise, and helping us resolve them fairly quickly! It takes time initially for our staff members to train the system, but once it does work very well. We haven't found anything that I dislike at this point. We had problems in the past where certain fields would not recognize numbers such as zip codes or phone number, so these were corrected by having someone go back into the original data input form and enter it again correctly. I like the chat feature that allows me to chat with my virtual customer support agent. I would prefer it if they made the software more user friendly. There is also no way to save chats after you have finished them. It takes too long to get back to the same screen once you have opened another one. Make sure that this works with your business needs, if you want to implement it. We were looking for a tool that would assist us in handling the high volume of calls we receive daily.
