Excellent customer service paired perfectly well

There's nothing that I dislike about this program; it has everything you'll need to run your business smoothly! It also allows me access from my phone almost anywhere in order for me not to miss anything important when working at home or traveling between clinics. Sometimes there are minor glitches with how some functions work but they aren't really an issue because we have such amazing Customer Service representatives who respond quickly and help us resolve any issues as soon as possible. If our clients are experiencing technical difficulties with their accounts using Hippo, one call usually fixes them right up without additional support needed. The benefits include being able to easily keep track of appointments scheduled through Hipopotamo which helps greatly reduces cancellations and no show visits resulting in better client relationships & higher revenue per visit. Also great feature is HIPPO POINT - free online consultation system makes scheduling easier than ever before while allowing doctors greater flexibility/flexibility compared to other systems available. Easy payment options and excellent integration w other programs means we never lose valuable data if something happens like losing internet connection where our computer would normally be used. I like that it allows me to keep track of my appointments in one place so they are not lost or forgotten about. It also helps with billing, reminding patients when their next visit is coming up and keeping an eye out for any potential problems with clients before they occur. The only thing I dislike is how complicated some functions can be at times. If you're looking for something simple, this might not be what you want. Hippo has helped us stay organized and save time overall.

Pros
  • Ease of use (even tech savvy people don’t find navigating difficult)
  • The ability store all patient information into 1 easy database.
  • No more missing notes by having too many different places scattered throughout each office building across multiple locations!! This creates ease during chart audits instead just pulling paper charts everywhere around buildings making searching harder
