I love how flexible this service is! It's very easy to use for both large companies and small startups as well. The cost of monthly fees are worth every penny spent because there honestly isn't any other options like this online or otherwise out there currently. There wasn't anything I disliked about using yoctol. I would highly recommend anyone who has even just heard whispers of it looking into it! Their platform works amazingly compared to their competitors which makes me feel good knowing they're providing a much needed service. We're creating different types of bots for different purposes such as collecting data from employees through surveys etc. This also acts as our database so we'll be able collect customer feedback with ease and answer questions regarding future projects without having to constantly go back and forth via email or phone calls. The best thing about this tool is its ease of use and the fact it's extremely easy to integrate with other applications like Slack or Teams. I do dislike how it's always listening even when i'm not talking. I also don't like the fact it doesn't save my chats if i close the window. It's a great tool, but it does have some quirks at times. We've been able to make our communication with clients far more efficient and we're able to take care of all customer service issues from within one application.
