This is lovely and *almost* exactly as described. My cat cannot lick a wound on her skin to help it heal. However, the fabric is DEFINITELY **NOT** COTTON. It is made of synthetic fiber. The white part *may* be cotton or a cotton blend, but the rest is some sort of plain-weave polyester. When deciding between pet rescue collars, I chose this one because I prefer to buy handmade items. made of natural fibers, that was a big disappointment for me. I am giving this product 3 stars instead of 5 because it is unfortunate for a seller to lie about ordering something online.
