I liked their support team, they were very helpful with any questions or concerns that we had. They helped me get through my interview process which was extremely difficult for someone who's been out of work for so long! If you need help to find jobs, this is the place to go!! There isn't anything negative about them but if there was something it would be that they didn't have as much experience working with people who are unemployed. But all in all, everything went smoothly. We needed assistance finding employment after being let go from our last job. I'm glad I found them because things started moving right away and now i'm back at work.
