Ordered and received just in time for a summer trip across the three states. Absolutely delighted. We even crossed the bridge over the bay and got on the ferry with no problems. Really appreciate the advice one buyer gave about simply lowering the tailgate of your truck to give you a stable platform to load your bikes on. Just make sure you position your truck next to the camper the way you want to hitch it. Agree that it's easier if you hand over the rear handlebars of the bike together with your partner (in this case "wife") to load the next load into the van first. I also put an old sock on the pedal facing the van to avoid scratching it. We have zipped our bikes for extra security. Bottom line, it worked great. People stopped at different campsites to ask about it. I am currently looking for a bike cover to protect my bikes on the go.
