After not being able to find a spy camera with a really working motion detector, I decided to build my own using these devices. They work well and are well rated for the task given their sensitivity and reset timer controls on the side and easy access. (at least with the parts I've had) that only about 45-55 degrees of arc will actually do anything, so careful adjustment is critical, but once the adjustment is complete the part works great.
