The blade pushes everything out of the bowl up and down
Because it is a double-sided scraper, it does not let the material in the bowl fall back, just pushes everything up. So unless you have a tiny amount of stuff in your bowl, they'll fly all over the place. I had to return it. You had better stay on ONE SIDE with the scraper.
