The ability for my team members at ITRS (a market research firm) use this software not only with our clients but also internally as well! This is an excellent product that has helped us understand how we are spending client dollars within each channel/media type so it's easy when looking back over reports or budgets years later - see where you spent money best vs what worked better than others etc..
It was tough getting used too because there were lots o options out thern which made learning difficult initially; however once one gets past those tecnical issues they realize its really powerful tool especially if using multiple channels like TV ads + digital campaigns =amp>.
