Review on Arrows by John Rocha

The design of this application makes it easy navigate between different screens that you need in order accomplish your task as an employee with these services or companies! It also has great support from people at arrows who are always willing/able answer questions I have when implementing new features into their system.-The ability customize each user interface by allowing them more options than just select which one best fits what they want out off all available choices within there category -Great way too interact via email & phone calls instead meeting face 2face!! Very helpful not only during implementation but once things go live i am able solve any problems right away without having wait days before communicating w others@arrows. Highly recommend using arrow service if considering outsourcing someones work needs. ! Great communication throughout process making sure we were going along together smoothly throughtout project. !! Working so far very well thus giving us feedback almost immediately after launch date! Nothing yet dislike about working withe Arrow Services however would love suggestions regarding how can be improved upon moving forward!! Would still like accessibility tools such being Zoom meetings etc.. Also wish screen sharing capabilities could include audio /video chat option rather then text messaging alone :). Acknowledging issues quickly while learning ways around issue solving problem efficiently. . !! Please It provides all you need in one place at your fingertips that allows me as an admin / manager of our sales force/team members get them trained with everything they may require from any vendor we are working with - Arrow does this very well! I have no dislikes or complaints about the product so far it has been great! We use arrow for training purposes mostly but also provide support services via email & phone when needed too.
