The ability to keep track of our customers who have used multiple products is very helpful for us. I also like that each user can be tracked separately so it's easy to see where they are in their journey. You can choose which features you want to use at any time, but if you're just getting started then maybe only focus on basic account info or onboarding.

The best thing about this tool is its ability of tracking all our CSAT data in one place for easy analysis! Also it has many other features like chatbot integration which makes my work easier when dealing customers who have questions or concerns regarding their products/services I provide them via phone call etc.
