I like that it's easy to use even if you're not familiar with A/B testing or analytics tools in general. I like the way the Quala team has managed to create a unique and very useful tool for the team. The interface is simple, intuitive and the product is very easy to use. It's a great tool for our team. I like that it has an easy interface with multiple options in terms of how you can build surveys or polls as well as collecting feedback via text messages which are great! The only thing i dislike about this app would be if they had better integration between their different platforms so we could see what other users think across all our channels at once!
