The best thing about this tool is its ability of tracking all our CSAT data in one place for easy analysis! Also it has many other features like chatbot integration which makes my work easier when dealing customers who have questions or concerns regarding their products/services I provide them via phone call etc. Nothing much as such but if you are looking out tools where your whole organization can track user's feedback then go ahead use cordloguue because we find everything within 1 dashboard easily accessible even by non technical person too!
