The perfect 14th birthday gift!
This is a 9lb Papillon and size XS fits great - it was very easy to adjust the size before putting it on! The D-ring is a bit smaller than the one on the collar he used to wear which confused me when I first put him on the leash but I'm sure he'll be more comfortable that way and that's all what matters!
