The type of tool included is usually sold with more than one endpoint as the tool is notorious for breaking easily. I sent a question to the seller if the seller can send another tool to help. The seller did not reply. You probably have no choice but to spend your money on another tool or a jeweler that hasn't made it the best option on the market.
