Review on πŸŽ™οΈ Audio-Technica AT2035 Cardioid Condenser Microphone: Ideal for Studio, Podcasting & Streaming - XLR Output, with Custom Shock Mount by Craig Sethuraman

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Microphone? Big. Headphones? Good. shock absorber? Firmly. Arrow? Hot Trash.

I'm a gamer who is really fed up with spending significant amounts of money on lighting and wireless setup that requires constant charging, connection issues, poor sound quality both on and off boot life cycle. i'm just tired of it This bundle was little more than a "good gaming headset" that could last a year. So far the sound is great. I hooked it up to Phenyx's simple and easy to use mixer (PTX-100) - a setup for beginners. I like my voice, I practice with my voice, I like my real voice and not its muted version to appear and disappear when I play. Headphones are fine. Nothing crazy, but definitely useful. I like the shock absorber, combined with a simple pop screen, it looks stylish. The arrow handle is hot shit. I thought so, but the last connector, up to a 3/8" jack, cannot be controlled. It swings very freely, there is no handle, just three screws/bolts. Pliers could probably be used, but using pliers when you have to change position every time is insane. I know there had to be a cheaper lever for this to make Audio-Technica not worth offering it. The microphone itself is excellent. And the shock absorber is great. I still give 5/5 for the value.
