Questionable company - Vocal

Great mic but I went with a Rode Procaster and sent the at2035 back. waited for it to arrive and sent it back. lost delivery on it. Let's get back to the microphone. To reduce ground noise you need to do two things. Buy a pop filter, PEMOTech [upgraded three-layer] metal mesh, foam, and an etamin layer. it's 8.99 and put some foam on the back of the mic or a square rubber mat (I used a black yoga man piece because it's 3/4 thick, you can use tapes on PEMOtec to tape it in place This helps with…

Professional voice acting at home

Many years ago I used analogue electronic music in a decent studio. This time I had to speak the iPhone app. To get the job done, I almost bought a Blue Yeti + Blue Radius shock. But then read how an analog signal plus a good digitizing preamp achieve better results. So I chose AT2035. I purchased the following preamp with the AT2035: BEHRINGER U-PHORIA UMC202HD Cover: Sywon metal mesh and foam layer Microphone cover Hand-held mic Pop filter Windshield Windshield Studio sign mount, black Shaft:

Pros
  • Dope 🔥
Cons
  • Only available in black

I'm a gamer who is really fed up with spending significant amounts of money on lighting and wireless setup that requires constant charging, connection issues, poor sound quality both on and off boot life cycle. i'm just tired of it This bundle was little more than a "good gaming headset" that could last a year. So far the sound is great. I hooked it up to Phenyx's simple and easy to use mixer (PTX-100) - a setup for beginners. I like my voice, I practice with my voice, I like my real voice and…

  • Easy to use

Excellent sounding microphone!

I was skeptical about this high end microphone. Finding good condenser mics has been difficult lately because many people are considering these "budget" mics for various podcasts or YouTube/Twitch usage, and while happy with the results, the same budget mics would work well in work in a small production studio? As opposed to using it on social media, am I looking for something that captures a neutral response in a well-air conditioned space, offers headroom, and offers a bit of color? I can say

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Unbelievable price

Another perfect microphone from Audio-Technica

This microphone is ideal for Behringer U-Phoria UMC404 series audio interfaces. Get a well-balanced XLR cable and you'll get great, well-balanced mids, lows and highs thanks to this mic's large diaphragm. I switched to this + audio interface from an ATR2500 (USB AT2020) when I ran into problems with Reason 9.5 and the whole ASIO4ALL memory leak/squeak/corruption issue. The ATR2500 is an ideal microphone for all digital internet voice applications including video conferencing, live streaming…

  • GOLS certified

AT2035PK Great kit

Bought this kit early in the pandemic as I was looking to upgrade my old Yeti Snowball. I wanted it to be heard more clearly. After looking around, reading reviews and watching videos I settled on this kit as I didn't have a stem or XLR cable to connect to and the headphones were more of an added bonus for me as they are pretty solid but take some time to wear their connections. Your ears will get used to the weight. I mounted the boom and mic to my desk with relative ease and connected the…

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Secret

I've had this mic for about 5 months now. It is paired with my Behringer U-PHORIA UMC22. This requires phantom power, by the way, and an XLR cable for those unfamiliar with non-USB mics. So if you're going to get one for your computer, you'll need an XLR to USB interface like a mixer, preamp, or that Blue Icicle thing. I bought it on purpose because I was looking for a larger diaphragm mic with a directional pickup and I just trust Audio-Technica. The frequency response, the warmth it adds to…

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Good but not great

The product is good, there are only a few minor flaws.

I want to tell you my personal opinion about Audio Technica AT2035 Cardioid Condenser Microphone. In general, the microphone is excellent, but each microphone is created for its own tasks. If you have a prepared room, a microphone will do just fine. If the room is not prepared and you have tasks from a series of announcers, podcasts, voiceovers for YouTube, take a closer look at dynamic microphones.

Pros
  • Perfectly conveys the voice, including the nuances of presentation. Very sensitive - but this is both a plus and a minus.
Cons
  • Requires a well-prepared room. In a normal room, or with minimal reflection absorption, the effect of the room will be strongly audible. When recording at close range, it catches your breath, clicks of saliva and other joys.
