The most important thing I like about this tool is its ability to validate any change request in real time without having to wait until it's been approved by someone else. This has saved me countless hours of waiting around while my colleagues were approving changes or rejecting them.The other good thing about this software is that you can easily share your feedback with others via comments section. It would be great if there was some way to get notifications when new comments are posted so we could read them right away instead of checking back later.I have used xlm to help us create our own internal product backlogs. We use it to track all the tasks related to each project. Also, it helps us keep track of what needs to be done next as well as who will do it.
