To be honest it seemed a little expensive but it was worth it. It is made from a very durable material, soft on your seats but durable for people entering your boat. It's a nice blue color and distributes the weight really well on the seats and not on the legs of people who get pushed deep into your boat's cushions, it distributes the weight evenly over the top of the cushions. I wish I would have bought it in a year. early and I must not have many tears in the upholstery. The upholstery repair will be a lot more expensive than this little item so if you are thinking of buying this, do it.
