Garbage Hair Care is the best among hair cutting tools
The blades are good and that's the only thing I can say about these scissors. You can't adjust the tension on either the blades or the pivots, making it almost impossible to control, and if you happen to get caught between the blades, your hair may or may not be cut. The whorls are probably big enough to fit in King Kong's hands. Came without silicone rings.
