Bought for my 35 inch 2 year old. It's a bit too big for her, but only because she uses it more like a balance bike and doesn't want to pedal. It looks like it will last a few years and we love the push handle as much as they do. She also likes to put her toys in the basket. It came together pretty quickly. We have a small issue with the collar locking up the steering and it only lasts 50 percent of the time, but that could be user error. In general we are happy with it.
