Couldn't just connect to PC and once connected it only worked for listening and the mic wasn't recognized. Before use, I charged the headset for more than 12 hours and it didn't hold a charge either. He died 20 minutes after bandaging. Came right back and spent the extra money to buy Plantronics. Maybe I just got a bad kit, but I can't really recommend it. UPDATE 2/22/2021 Received a replacement unit which plugged in and worked great. The charge lasts a long time, the sound is excellent. I think the first one I received was just bad and the seller was very quick to respond to the problem and replace it quickly. I am very satisfied with the product and the customer service alone would make me recommend the product and the company again. I would buy again.
