Not compatible with AT&T

Not satisfied with this product. At&t cannot register my SIM card on this device. We spent hours on the phone with At&t and blackvue. Will be back soon if I can't get it working. Update: At&t sent me a second sim instead of another one. Now they were able to activate it with IMEI number but the device still doesn't work. I've spent countless hours on the phone with AT&T and Blackvue and neither of them seem to know how to fix the problem. Blackvue's solution was to email a screenshot of my sim setup screen so they could send it to Tier 2 Tech Support and after that they emailed me back. I almost lost it. You cannot effectively troubleshoot a non-working device via email. Needless to say, Revain will get this device back. The camera stays in place, but I'm done with the module! It sucks because the only reason I spent so much money on this camera was the LTE module. Update #2 - I returned this product! A few more hours after several calls to AT&T, I was told it was set up and ready to go after each call. You were never right. The second to last call said they were set up as voice and not data, which didn't upset me in the slightest because I couldn't make it clearer to previous tech support reps that it was supposed to be data only. She then told me it had nothing to do with my family plan, that it was set up incorrectly. Again, it was supposedly done that way and never was. She had to go to her manager to have them switch it to Daya and add it to my overall family plan. Come back home, try it, it still doesn't work. Call the next day, someone told me I need a standalone plan, the cheapest is $60/month. I wouldn't agree with that, especially since no one seemed to understand what the hell they were talking about. Needless to say, the LTE module has been brought back and AT&T and its terrible customer service are leaving as well.
