This product is garbage. I bought it because I've been traveling for a month. Didn't try before I left (big mistake). Despite numerous attempts and unsuccessful calls to tech support, I gave up. Unfortunately, I missed my return date by a week due to travel. They basically said "very bad". The product consumes a lot of ribbon (maximum 20 copies per ribbon), the output is patchy and poor, it is very difficult (or impossible) to print certain types of documents, the application is useless, the paper feeder is misaligned and jams regularly . Not a bad product if you really don't need to print anything or if you don't mind paying $2.55 for a copy. What a joke, their CS is useless and rude.
