Bought on instinct. No review history or brand awareness records. 10 days to New Mexico. About 1 hour to hang up and dial a number. Almost plug and play. We continue to tinker and play with the settings. Overall pretty easy and convenient. I'm trying to get the system working but I honestly don't know what's normal and I haven't had a week yet. My advice: make sure the camera lens doesn't zero from below by bouncing off any protrusions. For a greater downward angle, wedge the back of the mount and unscrew the neck a few turns, then just tighten. Many of my little problems were due to my lack of experience. Surprised by the radio range in this system. It's strong! Everything looks fine, but then again I'm a beginner. The base does its job. Will I buy again? I'm probably using wired. I hope that chance doesn't come anytime soon.
