I hope this is the most helpful review of this printer you have ever seen. I'm in my mid-30s and very tech-savvy. Having read many of the reviews here, it seems that most of them are related to what my industry (digital marketing) calls "PICNIC" problems (PICNIC = problem in the chair, not in the computer). I went ahead and ordered a printer. It arrived on time and to be honest I had no problem setting it up. I sell a lot of stuff on eBay and Etsy so this was great - it saved me hours of frustration until the tags it came with ran out. The labels were sharp, straight and easy to read. I liked it. I ordered the suggested labels and when the starter pack ran out I put the others in, calibrated the printer and the first one was fine. After that, they got progressively worse, forcing me to calibrate, losing 3 points each time. I've tried other types of labels - the same ones. I tried everything I could with settings, labels etc but nothing worked so I spent the extra $100 and bought a Dymo LabelWriter 4XL and it was a dream come true. No problem. All in all, you get what you pay for with this printer. Spend extra money and get Dymo.
