Customer service is the best.

I like my thermal printer, works great, no ink, fast printing. I'm having a technical problem today when I'm trying to install the drivers on a new laptop and I can't, so I contacted the support team, in less than 15 seconds I got a chat notification and the operator stops me step by step until the time has finally come to solve my problem. ok Printer and accessories

is good, don't get me wrong, but I don't know how it works, even after looking at the manuals and when I found out, it worked , but the ink was faded and low I don't know why but when I used it again to print another shipping label the ink didn't even come out just like streaks of black ink, all disorienting and it's freaking noisy lol me would suggest saving money to buy a reliable and good label printer.

It's fast. But other than that it's kind of awesome.

Pretty hard to set up. Switch from metric to imperial depending on which instructions you follow. Also, expect to waste 10 good labels trying to get it right. In addition, it uses a USB 2.0 Type b God**** connector. You know the one used for nothing but printers? The cable, as always, is very short so you'll have to rearrange everything if you want to use it. It's super fast with that. But it really is a pain to set up. Works great out of the box!

I work A LOT with Priority Mail and have decided to stop physically cutting and labeling envelopes. These are a few minutes that I can devote to another activity. Not worth the money

I hope this is the most helpful review of this printer you have ever seen. I'm in my mid-30s and very tech-savvy. I bought this hot label printer because it was cheaper than most other thermal printers. As they say, "You get what you pay for," and I did.
