I like my thermal printer, works great, no ink, fast printing. I'm having a technical problem today when I'm trying to install the drivers on a new laptop and I can't, so I contacted the support team, in less than 15 seconds I got a chat notification and the operator stops me step by step until the time has finally come to solve my problem. Really amazing how this is so easy to solve. Thanks for the help, John continues to do a great job with all customers. 100% recommended.
