Although the pictures were excellent, it was very difficult to understand how to use it. The documentation really lacks helpful instructions. The device I received was not charging even though it said it was charging and after downloading the application the device would not connect to my computer. There is also no manufacturer and very little online support. The only support I found was through Revain and it was sorely lacking to say the least!
