This ribbon is fine. It's not the organza ribbon I get from Offray, but it's not that expensive either. It has a rougher feel than the offray and the weave comes off a little more easily when you tug on it to tie a bow etc. Most of them are really shiny. You can lightly burn the ends with a candle flame or lighter to keep them from fraying. I do this on the stove with the exhaust fan running. I assume it's nylon. I didn't spin the reels to count yards so I'm hoping they're all there. When packing, I had to carefully cut off the plastic wrap. The tape wraps around edgeless foam discs and the tape tends to slip off, but I believe this allows for free shipping and a lower price. I can live with these issues as they are not that bad. They make beautiful loops that hold their shape well. I will buy it again if I use everything.
