Review on ParaTrans Router by Brad Lovro

I like the ease of use. It's not overly complicated. The customer service is great. I've never had to wait for anything. There are some features that I have found to be lacking. I like the ability to change the way the schedule is displayed, and I'd like to be able to change some of the way the routes are displayed. I would also like to be able to use this online from home. ParaTrans is easy to use, and the customer service is great. I can use ParaTrans from home, or I can drive to Paratrans and use the software in their office.
