The parts don't like to stick together.
Although the plastic is hard, the tabs or end pieces on the edge that should line up with the other parts don't really snap together. Basically, if you organize your tray a certain way, it can still move around easily since it's not secure. Especially in the smallest plastic containers, the parts move around as you open and close the tray. It would be much better if the parts actually connected and became one whole, rather than several disparate ones.
