Mattress tears too easily
At first I would have given this product 5 stars but after my son wet his diaper and I had to wash the mattress I'm giving it a generous 3 stars. The mattress is so fragile that cracks formed on it after washing. Very disappointed because it is very comfortable. We bought a waterproof mattress topper but it's so tight it pinches the corners of the mattress so I took it off. UPDATE September 12, 2018 Mattress. That's the kind of customer service I really value. I gave them 5 stars to reflect my experience.
